The Seven Feasts of St. Patrick
St. Patrick believes that Feasting is Kingdom Work. We dedicate our labors to setting tables for our neighbors and friends who are looking for connection, pointing our hearts upward to the Head of our feasts, inward to real relationships with one another, and outward to those looking for a place to belong and matter. Every Feast should have a liturgical emphasis, a luxurious spread, and love for all. That’s what we’re striving for, so that all might taste and see that the Lord is good through a community where we’re loving God, loving people, and loving life.

Any big shift in seasons is a great opportunity to renew our commitment to consecrating the everyday to Christ. In August, as we’re returning from the scattered rhythms of summer, we recommit ourselves to discipleship in all of life. The bash is a cookout in our big backyard, with activities for kids and plenty of fellowship.

After Fall Break, we return to another shift in seasons - falling leaves, cooler air, and often a bit of rain. God’s people have historically taken this opportunity to celebrate harvest and thanksgiving as gifts from his bounty.
We embrace the trappings of this season with BBQ smoked on site, fun activities and costumes and candy for the kids, and welcoming our neighbors to come enjoy with us.

In the Kingdom of God, those with special needs and their families should be welcomed, valued, and celebrated. Christmas season is a perfect time to recapture the wonder and humility of Christ and provide a safe and fun environment for all our special friends to come celebrate with us.
This party is a Saturday morning of breakfast, singing, pictures with Santa, and so much more. We ask all our members to consider serving so we can be blessed to be a blessing as we pull off this spectacular feast for our friends!

The New Year is a perfect time recommit our lives to Christ in his church as we return to regular rhythms after a season of Christmas celebrations.
Before worship on the Sunday of or following January 6, we serve a buffet of smoked ham and biscuits, fruit, and a variety of other breakfast items. And of course, coffee! It’s a great opportunity to see some smiling faces you may have missed over the holidays.

A church known for feasting needs to have one last blowout before the Lenten Season, (those 6 weeks before Easter), where we set our appetites aside to prepare our hearts for the Feast of the Resurrection.
We host our Mardi Gras feast the Friday before Ash Wednesday, featuring live music, cajun food, and lots of decor and fun at the beautiful Mallard’s Croft event center just down the road.

This is the feast from which all others flow. On the Thursday before Easter, we gather to commemorate the night Jesus instituted the sacrament of communion. We will enjoy a luxurious family-style meal served by our elders and pastors, punctuated by liturgy designed to help us remember his great sacrifice for us and how he called us to love one another.
This first feast is the big kickoff to services at noon on Good Friday, vigil on Saturday night, and our massive resurrection celebration on Sunday.

Setting tables for our neighbors all year is an enormous feat that takes a lot of people serving selflessly. In their honor, our staff throws a Cinco de Mayo-style fiesta on the first Wednesday in May. Then we take a break over the summer and do it all over again with the Backyard Bash!
